I am in the process of replacing the engine on my Espace 2005 1.9cc
I know that the engine should be an F9q 810 and I'm told that I need to get the exact engine to avoid having to take the motor to a Renault dealer to get the computer re-programmed. Does anyone know for certain whether this is true?

Currently in Roger Williams's garage:
