Parking brake fault during a drive

Hello,

It is Scenic II 2005 1.5 dCI 74 kW,

I meet with a new electronic fault on my car.
During a drive in the last 5 days i have a few situation when while I drive I get message on tabel PARKING BRAKE FAULT.
After that I must stop, turn off engine, manualy pull a parking brake and start engine and continue to drive.

What is a cause for this? Last few days we have a -5 C outside and some ice and water but electronic parking brake works ok.
