2000 renault clio II 1.2 grande egr location.

hello i'm new to the forums if some can help that would be great.

ok so i have a clio II 1.2 which after buying has stalled a couple of time when pulling away from traffic lights. since then i think its been running fine but not sure since hooking up an autel md802 to the obd port keeps coming up with an oxygen sensor circuit problem which is not a P code but comes up with code 3D but after looking online i cannot find anything on this code.

after erasing the code sometimes it comes back i will erase it again and sometimes comes up and goes off its self without erasing the code. so not sure whats happening there.

also after checking the egr function it constantly says inactive when idle and when driving never goes active so could this be causing the oxygen sensor code or not.

but again after looking online as to where the egr is located keeps coming up with nothing other then 1.5dci cars. i'm assuming that this model has an egr since my code reading picks it up. but then a gain it the egr isn't functioning properly then that should have its own error code if i'm right. also have used some egr cleaner that you spray into the air intake to see if that would clean it but still says inactive.

but i'm not an expert but if someone could shed some light on the problem then that would be great thanks.
