Renault clio engine warning light illuminated and lumpy revs

My clio had a spluttering exhaust 1.4 2007 dynamique

I have changed various parts by process of elimination from looking on forums for similar problems.

My clio has a small oil leak from the rocket cover however this was present before the problem so I don't think it will be this however I will be getting it sorted soon.

I have a Renault Clio 1.4 dynamique 2007

One day I was driving fine and the next minute the exhaust was spluttering and there was a loss of power.An engine warning light came on and it was shaking bad It seems to see that there is some oil leaking from the rocket cover.

I have changed,
Both 02 sensors
MAP Sensor
COILS
SPARK PLUGS NGK
Crankshaft sensor

It was smelling strong of emissions however now not so much. When I pull the coils out some are brown.

After changing these parts, the smell of petrol has gone and the car has not cut out, however the idle is very rough with fluctuating revs.
In addition, the engine management light is illuminated, could this be because of the new parts and it needs clearing because of this or is there still a problem.

I think that the coils I have bought are faulty because I have tried the old ones I had and there is a slight difference.

Due to the rocket cover, I have experienced oil in the spark plug wells and where the coils sit, there is brown marks on the wall. Removing the spark plugs, they seem black, dry

Please can I have advice on what I need to do to get it working again, I am on a time pressure as I use my car for work
