alarm problem, posible solution with elm327?

hello, anyone can help a girl? i want to connect my clio to my pc for check some things,... i have a elm327 usb interface but i don´t have any software.... i already search the forum and didnt find.... any tutorial.... on how to make work an elm327 usb interface

i want to do this because i think that the previous owner of the car has disabled some functions of the car alarm..... for example the alarm starts when you open any door but when i open the trunk doesnt work.....

again any help would be great!! or if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be excelent!!
