Help non running

Hi i have replace the engine in my Renault traffic it is a 1.9. I have swapped over the flywheel and all the other bits and pieces. it came with its own injectors as it is a second hand engine and fuel pump i went to start it and it just turns over and won't fire. I have checked and replaced the glow plugs i have checked the inceptor plugs when the engine is cranking i had voltage to the plugs so i assume the TDC sensor is ok and picking up a feed. it is getting fuel as well. could it be that the injectors need re coding.
