Brakes on on Scenic 2. What type of caliper is this?

Hi all experts. I was looking to replace my brake pads, taken the wheel off I have few questions.

1) Could somebody help identify the brake pads fitting type, I'm unsure if I need to buy ATE or Bosch fitting.

2) Does any only know what connection this is and why it would be disconnected?

3) One of the wheels is missing the dust cover circled. Would anyone know the what exactly it's called or the part number?
