Discs

Renault recommendation is change discs if worn more then 0.5mm per side (IIRC) so 1mm of wear overall and they are technically scrap.
If you measure the depth of the lip at the top, it is probably far in excess of that figure so "correct" answer is discs need changing.

Practical answer is, don't bother unless discs show any signs of cracking or distortion or as part of a brake pad change.
And always change pads if changing discs anyway.

Most garages/fast fits change discs as a matter of course on a pad change. Keeps them on the right side of any liability.
IMO most discs do not need changing but that can only be my personal choice.
Certain that new discs/pads combination work out of the box and bed in faster
