2002 Scenic 1.9dci f9q will not start

Hi,

i have spent a few hours reading threads but cannot find a solution to mh problem.

Parked the car up yesterday no issues, this morning it will not start. Cranks over but will not fire.

So far i have noticed that when you switch the ignition on the rev counter judders, it also does this if I remove the fuse for the ECU. The glow plug light is not coming on and I am not getting 12v to the fuel solenoid.

I have checked all the fuses and that they all have a 12v feed which they do.

I have cleaned and checked the relays in the engine bay fuse box and still no luck.

Any ideas?
