Renault Grand Scenic 2 (VAG COM)

Hi is there a chance to to use this cable (VAG-COM) on "Renault Clip" ???

I got Hand brake software glitch that Fail me MOT.

I got cheap OBD2 reader that wont pick Error code up.

Is there a way reset Hand brake without "Renault Clip" ???

Is there cheaper tools to do so?
