Oil issue 1.9dci 2003 HELP please

Afternoon,

My 2003 Megane 1.9 has been using alot of oil. I have just take the inter cooler pipe off and it's covered in oil. I'm guessing this is really bad?

I have attached some photo to show where oil is also appearing from.

I only brought the car 2 months ago :rage:
Is this going to cost more then the 750 I paid for the car?
