Help for a newbie anyone?

Hi All,

First of I am a complete novice here so please bear that in mind going forward.......

I have 2001 Renault Clio 1.2 16v Dynamique, I recently changed the clutch on the car as it was lsipping wildly and evrything went smoothly, this is only the 2nd ever clutch i have done on a car. Anyway after putting everything back together the car started to act weirdly, firstly when i turn the key nothing happens, its doesnt turn over and doesnt try to never mind fire. I played around with a few plugs, the one to the crank sensor and the one just above it to the left (got an orange crinkly piece of rubber on the plug). Anyway after playing around with these it started, turned it off and nothing again?

I have the following on the dash when i turn the ignition on:

Yellow Steering Wheel, Air Bag Light, STOP in big red letters, and SERV in big orange letters. I have put a code reader on it and it came up with P1030 Heater Sensor 1 and P1035?

From my very brief experience and looking on google, many people go on about the immobiliser? How do i check that, and could the key have lost programming as the battery was disconnected for months whilst it stood? Key works fine on central locking by the way?

Any help for a newbie would be greatly appreeciated.
