Grand Scenic 2007 - Heater Blower Poor Air Flow

I have a 2007 Grand Scenic and just recently have noticed that the heater blower performance has reduced. I have changed the pollen filter and yet still there appears to be a reduced air flow.
The Fan works on all settings and the divert flaps all appear to be doing what they should.
Any ideas greatfully received.
