Clio 2003 1.5dci UCH repair or replacement

After the wonderful advice the other day about clicking relays I have got out the UCH and there are no obvious dry joints or damp.

Where then can I get it either repaired or replaced?

I have attached pictures of both labels as I guess they are important.
