air bag light cause broken and ring ?

Need to fix a fault in airbag system currently displaying airbag light ... I have had similar problem with loose wire under passenger seat ... still no luck I believe there is water in air bag ecu? Or can this be caused by broken relucter (abs) ring ??? Need help appreciate any knowledgeable answers thankful in advance ! :-)
