7" tablet for R&Go

An android Renault satnav app exists called R&Go,
Apparently the app can also be used to tune radio and other stuff like display a rev counter and trip computer.

This is great but I dont have a huge android phone and I think this kind of thing would work better on a larger screen.

I though maybe a cheap 7" tablet that has GPS and ideally a sim slot would do the trick better.
Budget (under £100)
must be android
must run R&Go
must have GPS
Prefer one with a sim

any suggestions?
