2003 Espace 1.9 dci won't start

Hopefully this is in the correct section as it seems more likely an electric issue.

Car drove into yard no problems parked up over night, came out next morning and would not start.
Engine is turning over but not firing. I've had numerous diagnostic scan tools connected but will not read ecu.
When key card is inserted ignition on the red immobiliser light on the dash stays illuminated constantly.
I've checked the solenoid valve on the pump and I'm getting 3.5 ohms which I think is correct??
I've checked all fuses, relays and electrical connections I can see and everything looks good. The only thing I haven't checked is if there is power source to the ecu as I don't have pinouts diagram for the connector blocks.
Any help is appreciated.
