Looking at getting a new mower need some input
I have about 1.5 acres of rolling yard to mow with a few trees and tight spaces. Right now with my 42 inch deck on a Sears st 12 it takes me right about 3 hours going about 4 mph. I was thinking about getting a Finnish mower for my 8n and using my old mower to do the cleanup. My girlfriend thinks I would be better off spending a little more and just getting a zero turn. In mostly looking to cut down my mowing time. Any opinions?
GT225 PTO Issues
I have used old threads to help diagnose the PTO problem with my GT225 and it has been helpful, but I'm unfortunately still having the issues. It appears to be a wire issue of some sort. Someone recommended I replace the "PTO pigtail", but when I go to the parts list I don't see one with that exact name. Does anyone know what wiring harness in the book is the "PTO pigtail"? Thank you!!
53 L leaking oil
Bought this L a couple months ago and finally had the time to get it running this weekend. Everything was going good until I noticed it was leaking oil from a couple different places after running for a couple minutes. Any ideas as to why would be appreciated, Thanks!

Haban sickle mower ... SW Wisconsin
I have a Haban Model 420W sickle mower that I was told came off a John Deere 110. According to installation manual the only piece I see missing it the sickle bar protective cover. I have been provide a print of that cover so can have cover manufactured.

The assembly has been pressure washed and will be installed on a 110 SF I own. This tractor and mower were part of a collection I purchased. The tractor is not running yet (no power to starter) but hopefully will be in running condition by end of the week.

Asking price is $1200 for tractor and mower or $900 for the mower. This is bottom dollar I will accept for mower.

firing order farmall h
What I have read is firing order 1342 is right to left ,,, #1being toward radiator .Is there ever an exception to that? It appears my tractor is wired left to right.
Hello from SE Michigan
Just getting into the old tractors by trading some of my "junk" for a Case 222. Just finished rebuilding the K103 Kohler 12 HP motor, and getting ready to use some of the attachments (I got two mower decks and a snow caster in the deal).
