Long 2510 EndLoader
Does anyone have a Long 2510 tractor with an end loader? I just aquired a Long 2510 tractor and I am trying to locate an endloader for it. I am new to this forum and was hoping someone out there might know a little about long tractors and endloaders.
I have never owned a tractor until now. I understand this tractor is no longer being manufactured, but some parts are still available. It runs great, pulls a 6 foot brush hog just fine. Was hoping someone might have purchased a 3rd party loader for one.
Thanks.

JD 111 riding mower need advice / help
Hi again - so I have my John Deere 111 riding mower given to me for another restore job (he didn't want the non runner).
I get the thing going and was mowing with it this season - thing is it has a Kohler replacement engine on it - so I had some wiring and other things to redo/straighten out. I bought the electric PTO deal that goes underneath onto the drive shaft - and the regulator with the 3 wire connector - so the charging system can charge the battery. Well that was a problem for some time. Last season or prior, I had the original diode that was in the positive wire going to a starter terminal... I tested the regulator and diode and checked wiring charts etc... for some reason couldn't get her charging - so I was recharging the new battery after 45 mins or so.
Well I removed the one way diode, and wala - I had the battery charging....tested at battery it was working great slowly climbing to 14.7 or whatever the spec was w/engine running. So I'm out there mowing like 4th or 5th time this year and I have the decked raised and the PTO switch on and blades going and I'm mowing like that for some time since I didn't want it short... all of a sudden the electric PTO magnetic thing on the driveshaft cuts out... belts not turning - I don't notice right away.
If I turn the tractor off, or the PTO switch, I can get a minute or two of the belt running... maybe more it depends on my engine rpm it seems lower rpm allows it to run longer, hence less "charging power" going back into the battery and perhaps less voltage into the electric PTO drive dealie...
Am I correct to think I may have kind of fried the windings a bit of my new electric PTO with too much voltage since the I took the diode out ?

335 battery light & stator test results
I installed a new battery in my 335 because the old one was weak even after charging. After replacing the battery I mowed the lawn & battery light came on while mowing for the first time ever. PTO on & the light was on, I disengage the PTO & the light would go off. Usually the battery light only came on when first starting until I bring the idle up to full speed. Figuring the new battery should be charged I put the charger on & decided to check the manual for the charging circuit.
I test the AC voltage of the stator & have 30.4 at full speed, the manual states to replace if its under 34 volts. Sounds pretty cut & dry that I need a new stator but Ive read a few threads about the battery lights & most say anything over 30v is fine & the culprit is usually the voltage regulator? The voltage regulator test in the manual is a little vague in the fact that anything between 12.2 & 14.7v is good. Is there another test to perform for the regulator since that seems to be the most common failure or do I go with the fact that the stator tested at 30.4 AC volts & the manual spec is 34 volts?

Sabre 1438.5 HS Manual & Deck Belt Installation
Here's a two-part question for the group.
1. I'm having trouble finding an online manual for the Sabre 1438.5 HS. Does anyone have a good web site from which I can view and download a users manual?
2. Trying to install the deck belt, but cannot loosen the tensioner pulley to get the belt past the guide. Does the deck need to come all of the way off to install this belt? Is there a trick to getting past this guide on the pulley?
Thanks for your help. This is a 2000 John Deere Sabre 1438.5 HS

something new, no oil pressure
Well not sure what's going on seems all of a sudden I got no oil pressure it came up for a bit then slowly went back down. It apparently is still pumping oil as it is still leaking pretty good around valve cover gasket. I took oil pressure gauge off and there was oil coming out the end of the line not a lot but there was oil there by the time I got gauge off anyway cleaned gauge off good and then hooked air up to backside to see if it would tell if there was pressure on it I tried 35-40 and it held there. So then I put the airline on the oil line coming up and put pressure on it the air blew thru was a little hesitant but then you could tell the pressure was going up so not sure what was wrong. I put gauge back on and started it up ran it a minute or 2 but no pressure. I've heard you can take the oil filter off and see if it pumps oil out there if it doesn't then pump is gone if it does its possible gauge or line is blocked. Any ideas what to do. I can get a new gauge in a few days time fairly easy.but don't wanna buy if I don't need it yet
1965 IH Cub lo-boy no spark.
I just bought this 1965 Cub lo-boy yesterday and was trying to get it running. I determined that the issue was no spark at the coil so I replaced the coil with a known good one and still nothing. Does anyone know of any known common issues that would cause this?
carb replacement help?
I have a (new to me) Husqvarna GT48XLSi that needs a new carburetor.
the one i need (B&S #594530) is on backorder for 2-3 weeks, and the cheapest i've found is $160.
How can i find an alternate part from a different manufacturer, or can i go with a larger carb? any and all advice is welcomed. I was hoping to keep the price around $65 on a replacement.
engine is a B&S 44N877
