Renault Megane Tom Tom 1.6l - Bluetooth problem

Hi. Few days ago I bought a Renault Megane tom tom 1.6l from Evans Halshaw Ford, I have a problem with connection to the bluetooth. When I press to "connect bluetooth" in the car, nothing shows up, I cant go into search for devices or anything. Basically nothing appears new (stays on the text "connect bluetooth"). I don't know if the bluetooth needs an update or there is a different problem. What should I do, should I contact the dealer? Thanks for any help.
