Cambelt change K4M 1.6 16v

Hi All
I have to change cambelt and water pump on my Clio 1.6 16v GT as it is due.
I have looked over the forum and read various threads regarding the correct procedure.
I believe it is the K4M engine with VVT.
I have bought the correct timing kit from sealey with all pins and locking tools.
Is there a detailed procedure to follow on here or is it safe to buy a Haynes manual also?
I have been told i will need to undo the camshaft sprocket nuts but not to use the sprocket locking tool to do so.
Any advice before i do the work next weekend would be great.
