Megane Imusic/Bluetooth

We have an Imusic. We have had it a few month and have had no previous Bluetooth connection problems, having two phones paired and doing everything the phones and the radio should.
The other day my phone would not connect and now my wifes has dropped out. One is an Iphone the other Android.
it says on both phones they are paired but nothing from the radio.
Now, on this model we cannot tick a bluetooth active option. It just says "Bluetooth Connection" but you cannot select it by pressing the right arrow, nothing happens. It is as though Bluetooth is switched off somehow on the radio.
Are we missing something simple?
Please someone help.
