Re: Renault Clio radio not working in cold weather
Quote:
So I'm starting to panic as I need my car to be reliable in order to pick my daughter up & I know this will be draining my battery.
I phoned Renault and they were most unhelpful saying they had never had a fault like this reported to them & I would have to pay to have this looked at !
You do right to disconnect. Stick radio in warm for a few hours, should work again upon reconnection.
Due to age, Ren won't want to know, as you have found. 2 options, replace radio, or leave it out till weather warms, Sorry.
Could try Renault Customer service, as a last ditch attempt, after reading others outcomes on here.
Regards Tim,
What's apathy? I don't know & don't care
