Leave alone given the history.
You may have one that is doing what it should..ie working instead of clogging.
Or may be well clogged and happy.
No point opening a cess pit if the dealer will only slap a new valve on and charge you an arm and a leg for it.

If DIY, I'd be interested in pulling it and seeing the state... on a nice sunny day with a cuppa or two.
