Scenic '58 plate no front lights apart from full beam

Hi all
New to the site and hope you can help me. I have a 58 plate Scenic and all the front lights have stopped working from side lights to fog lights! Indicators work and full beam but apart from that nothing. Rear lights are fine. Checked the fuses and they seem fine and will be changing bulbs this afternoon but seeing other threads it might be a relay issue?
Any help or thoughts really appreciated and one question I have is where is the headlamp relay as my search so far has come up blank.
