Magane 3 Speedo replacement

Hi, my first thread.

I have a megane3 expression 2009.
I checked to see if the cruise control wiring was in. It seemed to be.
, so i got a cruise/limiter switch from Renault but no light on dash so i got a used steering wheel with cc buttons. Still no light on dash.Got a speedo cluster from a Dynamique but still no cc light. ( cruise not working just to be clear)
Got a can/clip from ebay (the full chip one) It works perfectly.
Have 2 warnings on my speedo cluster.
1. Parking sensor fault.
2. Heated seat light is on (no heated seats in my car)
I do'nt seem to be able to clear these faults and also cant turn on cruise control. Please help !!!!
Maybe its just not possible.
