Megane 3 Direct 12v Power

I'm installing a device that I require constant power from the battery from. The device will not draw much power when car is off as I have another feed to it from the cigarette accessory socket. So no worries about battery drain.

Does anyone know how I can find a good power source that can provide at least 2A of power? I am thinking to take a feed straight from the battery but running cable into the cabin seems like a hell if a job and wondering if there is existing power source that is always on that I can use?
