2015 trafic sport energy electrics question

Hi, new to the forum... I've just purchased the above van and have a question or 2.
On the dash behind the mobile phone holder there is a blanked off space where a USB port should be. My question is....is there wiring for me to remove the blank and put a USB port in so I can connect my phone rather than having to use the 12v port?

Also I'm not to impressed with the speakers and wondered if I can upgrade them myself and what sort if speakers would I be looking for?

I love my van and it drives beautifully.... Best van I've had.
