Renualt Traffic 56 Plate

I currently own a renault traffic van 56 plate, I am having a few issues with the Bar that connects to the engine mount then looks like a tube to where it fits to the middle of the van. I don't have a name for this bar and would like to obtain it please. The issue am having on the passenger side I have replaced it 2 times now, bearing mind I have used not new parts, but they keep breaking near the engine mount. Is this a different problem or would a new one cure this fix, if so does anyone know the name of the bar???
