Just the engine and the injectors recoding to your original ecu

Ecu off donor car would not work ,, you would also need the Uch, The steering ecu, and then you could still run into issues, configuration of the donor Uch to match everything on your original car.
If the other parts are free, or very very cheap, then might be worth a punt to buy them, but that would be just in case one of your ecu's failed, then you could change the lot
