Air bag light on .

Hello I have just bought a Clio 2003 1.4 16v for my grandson that needs an MOT, the main problem at the moment is the air bag light is on .I have checked the plugs under the seats well I removed them and crimped the wires but the light is still on it comes on with the ignition goes out for a second then back on,I checked and cleaned the plug on the ECU but still no luck ,I read the fault codes with my reader and the following codes are present B340D , P360C , DF001 would any one know what these relate to ,any help gratefully received .
