2000 Renault clio cuts out

hi I have a 2000 (w reg) Renault Clio when I start her up she starts up fine but as soon as I give her some revs and then stop she cuts out I have to keep giving her revs in till she has warmed up them she will not cut out and will drive fine I can not set off infill she has warmed up of she will cut out when slowing down at lights any help to what the problem is will be very appreciated
