CLIO MK3/2010 Hard to get in gear.

Hello,
I have a Clio 2010 with 67,000 on the clock.
Recently it is getting very hard to get in to 1st / 2nd gear. This is hot or cold and shifting up/down.

It had a new clutch fitted by the dealer at 40K miles.

Unsure if related but may of happened more often after I suddenly found myself driving in some deep water In the current Cumbrian floods.

Any help would be amazing,
