Laguna III check injection & speed limiter

Hi, the check engine light keeps coming on with the messages:
Check Speed Limiter
Check Injection System

I have bought a bluetooth OBD dongle and used it with Torque for Android which gave me the following error codes:

P2120 - Powertrain
Throttle/Pedal Position sensor/Switch D

P0225 - Powertrain
Throttle/Pedal Position sensor/Switch C

It suggests to me that it is the accelerator pedal that's at fault so was wondering if anyone else has encountered this before?
Also if I swap the accelerator do I have to do anything else like adjust or calibrate the position sensore at all?
