White smoke after remap

Hi, since my car has been remapped it seems to smoke from the exhaust, more as it gets warmer.sometimes after a good run it clears but not all the time.not loosing coolant or oil.iv had the bloke out twice to check everything and typically it dosnt do it when he's there.he remapped it again today and seemed fine but now is blowing out more white smoke.would this be down to a remap or would this not happen?also I seem to be getting a lot of carbon build up round my exhaust.sorry the post so long.regards Pete.
