laguna 2 heater not working

hi all new to the forum i have a Renault laguna 2 1.9dci 2003 model, the heater is not working i have had the fan blower out and tested it and works fine i have sent away the heater blower fan motor resistor pack and there was no fault found. i have also replaced the carbon filter, dose anyone else have any idea what could be wrong the control panal all works fine apart from the back light dose not come on
