Changing the timing (cam) belt is not included in a standard service schedule and will have been paid for separately so unless you see written evidence from a VAT registered garage then to play safe you have to assume it has not been done. The risks of ignoring it are much too high.

As already said the belt change interval is around 70,000 miles or 5 years whichever comes first although conscientious owners would have it done at 60K. The timing belt, it's rensioners, the water pump and the auxiliary belt and its tensioner (if fitted) should all be renewed at same time.
