Laguna 2001 no turn over

Hi thanks for taking the time reading.

I have a Laguna 2001. My problem is sometimes when I start the car the dashboard lights up, all electrics work, but there is no turn over.
If left for an hour or so eventually it will start fine, this usually happens after the first run in the morning. Starting first thing in morning is fine, it usually happens when I try to restart the car after the morning run. After that its completely random when it happens.
