OAT antifreeze

Does anyone know if you can use oat antifreeze in the Clio 1.5dci engine.
I want to flush the system out and use this stuff as it lasts 5 years but the info on line is confusing.

If you can does anyone have a recommendation.

Currently in Andrew Capp's garage:
2004 Clio 1.5 Dci and 2009 Freelander 2 2.2 Diesel plus 2001&2002 clio dci's belonging to son's
