Megane 3 headlight washer

I have upgraded my bumper with headlight washer version and changed the washer bottle to the headlight washer version. There is already the wire that runs to the bottle for the second headlight washer pump.

However, it is de-activated. So i looked at the wiring diagrams and traced back the two pins to the fusebox in the engine bay. The two pins are de-pinned on the fusebox itself. The wiring loom has the wire but the fusebox itself doesnt have the pin to it.

I want to enable this, will it be as simply as just soldering 2 pins to this or will I need a new fuse box?
