Concrete Garage Condensation

Back in August, I had an 18' x 14' Sectional Garage erected.
Once October arrived & temperatures dropped, inside became like a rain forest. Soggy boxes, mould growing, tools rusting, etc.
Seems the stuff stored, holds daytime heat & once the tin roof gets colder, MEGA Condensation occurs.
At the moment I am NOT using any heating, as that would make it worse.
Despite the supplier advising me to leave the ends of the roof sheets open to provide a through draught, still like a Scenic with blocked scuttle drains
Some suggested a De-Humidifier, not at £20 / week for electricity.
Thought I'd try a cheaper cure:- Found an old Oven Fan (0.050 amps) & a tumble drier vent, the one with flaps that shut when unused.
Been on for a week now, sucking air from the rafters.
So far much drier.
Anyone else have other ideas? Could insulate the roof, but the light from the clear sheets is invaluable.

Currently in Nottnoc's garage:
2005 Scenic Mk2 Dynamique 1.6 K4M 782. 1998 BMW K1100LTSE, 1972 Norton Commando, 2007 Toyota Hiace, Lots of tools, Camping Gear & Booze
