Megane II 1.5 dci Lost Cause 'Check Injection' & Other Electrical Gremlins

I've had the 'Check Injection' displayed on the dash for well over a year now. In the summer it isn't much of a problem, but makes starting (typical white smoke, then runs fine) a pain in winter.
I changed all glow plugs even though all have low resistance readings, and the reading from the battery were all good also. Further more the car went into a diesel injection specialist on 2 occasions, they performed a leak off test (changing 2 hoses) and checked calibration of all injectors.

Having consulted the many threads on this forum eluding to the issue, I am at a loss as to where to start with my fault finding, which route do I go down first?

- Change the Glow plug relay?
- Change the injector Seals?
- Change the fuel filter?
- Strip and clean the EGR?
- Check the TDC sensor?
- Check the air inlet temp sensor?

Could an earth fault be the cause of my issue? The reason I ask is because my 12v plug constantly blows fuse when I attempt to charge phone, radio turns off after 15 minutes use, A/c has ceased working, rear demister indicating light on dash no longer illuminates, rear wiper parks in middle of window, all wipers work but not when wash mode selected, and the wash motor doesn't work even after being replaced.

To top it off, last week both sidelight and dipped beam on the drivers side have failed. Could they both bulbs blow at the same time? I find this highly unlikely, however I'd like to hear others' opinion. Are they fed from the same relay?

Many thanks in advance for any info
