2013 traffic Tom Tom card?

Hoping someone can help/assist?

Bought a 2013 Trafic van from a auction this weekend, it's a ex enterprise hire van. It has a factory fitted sat Nav, Tom Tom, screen and a small slot on r/h side of screen for a card (SD card?)?

Can I simply buy a card from eBay or the likes and slot the card in and it will work? Just seen similar vans advertised and they have a small remote control for their sat navs?!

Any help really appreciated - many thanks in advance of any replies ***128077;
