Megane convertible rear brake discs

Hello again guys,

We are in the process of selling the wife's 2004 Megane for a newer model but want to put a fresh MOT on

It needs rear discs and pads, I've had a look on the internet, eBay etc and some places state they are the same on all models, others state they are different for the convertible.

I'm just after the absolute cheapest deal for pads, discs and bearings.

The reg is a 54 plate..

help please
