My window wiper motor recently burnt out and stopped working, i bought a replacement fitted it the motor works only on high speed and not under any load, the wiper motor does not spin when washers are used, i have been told that this might be more of an electrical issue with the cars BCM. i have check the voltage at the connection to the motor and i only get 0.5v.
Do any of you have any idea what this could be i have ordered another wiper motor just incase.
