Rear Speakers for 08 Kangoo

Hi. My parents have a 58 reg Kangoo modified to take my Dad's wheelchair. It only has front speakers and the standard 8200 radio. Does anyone know if this radio can easily have rear speakers fitted? There are grilles for rear speakers, but no speakers or obvious wiring.
