Laguna 2 1.9DCI 2003 possible relay issue???

Hi,

My Laguna 2 1.9DCI 2003 is making the same click sound as when you first insert the key-card, except it does it continuously (and the lights on the dash flicker) until it's started.

Even when the key-card is removed it continues to click and flicker. This has drained the battery so it only starts when it's jump started but then it runs fine.

Do you guys think this is a relay problem? Is it likely fixed by simply swapping out the old started relay for a new one?
