clio 2001 central locking problem

Hi hope somone can help . my central locking the the clio is not working as i can lock the doors with the key and use the fob to unlock the car but when i go to use the fob to lock and unlock the doors and boot nuffin happens apart from the cental locking in the doors click . also the remote central lock button on the dask does the same thing as in wont lock or unlock the doors . Any info would be helpful .
