Sliding door handle..?

Only two nuts ,,you will see these if you put the new handle level to the old one outside, then you will work out where they are,you will need a 1/4 extension bar with a ten mill socket to undo them ,be careful though the bottom one has a bit of a shelf on the inner door panel ,(you have to send the extension bar through a small hole)the nut can still fall inside the door, when you do get it off measure the bottom pin of your new door handle to your old one, dont be surprised if its a tbay special that its not long enough you have to check the plastic to the thread if it fits straight on and you see thread on the inside showing around half an inch then ok , if not then you will have to pull the thread out of the new one(your risk at this point)it is glued in ,your original one is screwed into the plastic and will unscrew, you will be able to screw this in to the new handle ,the top part of the door wire has a nipple head on it ,you have to make sure before you fit the handle that your cable will fit correctly in the new part especially where the metal inner cable fits as these also need to be cleared,to get the nuts to go back on without dropping them inside the door panel ,get a piece of plastic foodbag/nappysack type rip some of it of ,place it over the top of the socket the part that the nut is going to go in press the nut into the socket and the plastic will stop the nut falling out,You need to attach both cables through the hole where the handle fits before you fit the handle,,but these also need to go through the metal reinforcing plate that sits inside the door panel ,,When done ,dont close the door close the catch part of your door, screwdriver or something pressed on it will do ,try both inner handle and outer handle to make sure its working properly
