Renault clio mk3 fault code DF 243

Please, please can any one help, just bought a renault clio 1.2 07 reg mk3 2 door. It is showing the fault code DF 243 which according to the diagnostic machine this means.

Front Seat Belt Retractor Circuit,Open Circuit.

Can anybody point me to a fix on this ?

Before the car was bought the it had been involved in a prang, the wing and front bumper were damaged they have now both been replaced along with the 2 front seat belts (they had both locked tight) and the airbag module, there were a lot more codes at first but they have all cleared just this one left.
When engine is started it shows the airbag and spanner eml on the dash it also says in the top warning box check airbag again showing a small spanner in the corner of the box.

Any help with this problem would be very much appreciated. Diagnostic machine does not even tell me which front seat belt it is referring too so no idea where to start !!!!!!!!!
